A Path from Movement to Stillness
My Story
For over a decade, I guided adventure trips across the world, from Patagonia to Bali, Hawaii to the peaks of the Himalayas. Those years taught me how to hold space for people through transition, challenge, and discovery. Along the way, I encountered yoga and sound in a profound way, first as personal practices to ground myself through the constant motion of life on the road, and later as pathways of transformation.
The first time I sat in a Kirtan and a sound bath, I had one of those moments where I had no doubt it was what I wanted to become completely absorbed in.
In 2018, I fell in love with Mallorca. The soft colors, the sea, the pines, the mountains and limestone, this island called me home. Relocating here gave me the stillness and stability to root these practices more deeply. Over time, I realized my purpose wasn't just in guiding people through landscapes, but in guiding them inward, through the landscapes of breath, body, and sound.
Today, everything I offer, whether a yoga class, a sound journey, or a retreat, is shaped by that path: the balance of outer adventure and inner transformation, the courage to embrace change, and the reminder that each of us carries the capacity to heal and to listen to the deeper music of life.
Philosophy
I often think of a passage from Eknath Easwaran's introduction to the Bhagavad Gita that resonates deeply with my journey:
Just as some people are called to climb mountains or cross oceans, others feel an irresistible pull to explore the vast territory of consciousness itself. These adventurers are not satisfied with the ordinary boundaries of the senses. They set out into the unknown, guided by a restlessness to discover what lies beyond. Every now and then, they return with glimpses, messages, visions, or songs, that remind the rest of us that life is far larger, more luminous, and more mysterious than it seems.
Over the years I have felt deeply called to study the teachings of Buddhism and Hinduism, and have found Kundalini as my home spiritual practice. These teachings, lineages, and ways of life are deeply woven through how I teach and what is important for me to share.
The Calling
You Are Your Own Guru
One of the teachings I've always loved in the Kundalini tradition is that you are the guru. At its core, this path is about remembering that our deepest wisdom already lives within us.
I feel called to help solve the problem of disempowerment. My highest prayer is for people to live sovereign, empowered lives, lives rooted in self-trust, dignity, and freedom. Freedom to live in a relaxed and embodied space.
For years I felt trapped inside a kind of inner prison, caught in self-consciousness, neurotic thoughts, and a constant undercurrent of doubt. Through Kundalini, sound, and other practices, I've been given something far greater: a way to meet myself with compassion, to trust my own inner authority, and to believe again in both my own potential and in humanity itself. This is the work I feel compelled to do.
I want to help people remember their radiance.
I want you to feel courageous, embodied, unapologetic, free, and radiant.
To know that your voice, your presence, your life is sacred.
The Bridge
for All
My teaching and offerings are deeply multi-dimensional. I integrate breath, sound, mantra, and subtle body awareness in ways that feel natural and accessible, creating experiences that are both grounding and profoundly transformative.
I serve as a bridge for people entering this world for the first time, or returning from other experiences. I weave multiple modalities together, yoga, sound, breathwork, and energy practices, meeting you exactly where you are while gently expanding what you thought was possible.
Practices like Kundalini yoga can sometimes feel inaccessible, the white clothing, the turbans, the chanting. I help remove those barriers, creating a welcoming, approachable, and deeply meaningful path for anyone who wants to engage, whether it's your first experience or your hundredth.
What I naturally offer is a sense of safety, warmth, and care. I want you to feel like you're in good hands, that you can trust me to guide you with presence, attentiveness, and integrity. I strive to live what I teach, and my work is my life's calling.
Women's Teachings
As I have begun my journey into motherhood, I have felt a deep reopening and connection to women's teachings. While I feel called to serve all, exploring the miraculous journey of womanhood and motherhood has become central to my work. My offerings create space for women to reconnect with their intuition, their cycles, and their embodied wisdom, a supportive, nurturing environment to rediscover the fullness of who they are.
