Linking with the Infinite ~ Kundalini Meditation & Gong
In this meditation from the Kundalini Yoga lineage, we work with the breath, the two hemispheres of the brain, and the sound current of the mantra ONG. Using specific pranayam techniques, the breath is directed through each nostril to help balance and synchronize the left and right sides of the brain. The long, steady chanting of ONG creates a subtle internal vibration that supports mental clarity, focus, and a more expanded state of awareness. Together, breath and sound act as tools to regulate the nervous system, center the mind, and deepen the connection between body and consciousness.
